SV High-Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX High-Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and rated for 600VDC to 5kVDC. These automotive-grade capacitors feature radial leads that enable the mechanical decoupling of the MLCC from the board. The radial leads also provide the maximum mechanical stress relief necessary for harsh automotive applications. KYOCERA AVX High-Voltage MLCCs are conformally coated to eliminate the potential for arc flashover. The series also provides excellent high-frequency performance and capacitance retention with frequency.

Common capacitor types include aluminum electrolytic, tantalum electrolytic, ceramic, and film.
