K857 Silicon PIN Photodiodes

Vishay Semiconductors K857 Silicon PIN Photodiodes are 4-quadrant photodetectors with a 1.6mm²/quadrant active area available in a surface-mount package. These photodiodes operate at -40°C to 110°C temperature range and come in 4.72mm(L) x 4.72mm(W) x 0.75mm(H) dimensions. The K857 photodiodes feature a typical 1nA to 10nA (max) reverse dark current. These automotive-grade photodiodes are AEC-Q101 qualified, halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS compliant diodes.
