SFH Phototransistors

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH Phototransistors feature spectral sensitivity in the range of 350nm to 970nm. These phototransistors are available in SMT package without base connection and are suitable for IR reflow soldering. The SFH phototransistors find their applications in control and drive circuits, backlight dimming, and ambient light detection.

SFH Ambient Light Sensors

ams OSRAM SFH Ambient Light Sensors feature spectral sensitivity adapted to human eye sensitivity. These light sensors offer a low-temperature coefficient of spectral sensitivity and high linearity. The SFH light sensors feature DIL and SMT packages with high packing density and are based on AEC-Q101-REV-C standards. These light sensors are ideal for mobile phones, rain sensors, headlamp controls, and control and drive circuits.
