Adafruit NeTV Starter Pack
Adafruit NeTV Starter Pack includes all the tools necessary to get started with the NeTV HDTV peripheral. This package contains the NeTV PCB board, IR remote, NeTV plastic enclosure kit, 5V 1A USB power supply, MicroUSB cable, and HDMI cable. The NeTV plastic enclosure kit consists of two injection molded halves, a soft rubber anti-slip bottom, and a few screws. This kit can be easily assembled with the NeTV PCB in a few minutes.
The NeTV embedded Linux computer is a fully open source HDTV peripheral that brings Wi-Fi® Internet and Android mobile interfacing to HDMI TVs. This NeTV pack enables overlaying web content on HDMI video feeds, including Facebook and Twitter feeds, such as those from a BluRay player or cable box. The NeTV starter pack is an Angstrom Linux box running Webkit with chroma-key video compositing inside. The NeTV UI is written in Javascript/HTML, making it easy and fast to develop custom applications.
