The PLT5 522FA_P features a 514nm (±1nm) typical emission wavelength and a 50mW optical output power. This device provides a highly efficient radiation source for continuous wave and pulsed operation. The PLT5 522FA_P is an ideal alternative to expensive argon-ion laser devices.

The ams OSRAM PLT5 522FA_P Green Laser Diode features thermally stabilized optics in a hermetically-sealed, 5.6mm diameter TO-56 Metal Can® package, ensuring reliable and maintenance-free operation.
