Analog Devices Inc. AD4680 & AD4681 Simultaneous Sampling SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD4680 & AD4681 Simultaneous Sampling SAR ADCs are 16-bit, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The ADCs are 16-bit, pin-compatible, dual simultaneous sampling with high speed, and low power. They operate from a 3.0V to 3.6V power supply with throughput rates of 1 MSPS for the AD4680 and 500 kSPS for the AD4681. The analog input type is differential, accepts a wide common-mode input voltage, and is sampled and converted on the falling edge of CS. Integrated on-chip oversampling blocks improve dynamic range and reduce noise at lower bandwidths. A buffered internal 2.5V reference is included. Alternatively, an external reference up to 3.3V can be used.
