Analog Devices Inc. ADA4622-x Precision Op Amps
Analog Devices ADA4622-x Precision Op Amps are the next-generation AD822, single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision JFET input operational amplifiers. ADA4622-x's input voltage range includes the V-pin and the negative supply. The output swings rail-to-rail. The input EMI filters are designed to increase the signal robustness in closely located switching noise sources. The EMI filters deliver a typical 90dB at f=1000MHz and f=24000MHz. ADA4622-x precision op-amps offer a wide bandwidth of 8MHz (typical), a high slew rate of +23V/μs/−18V/μs (typical), and a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enable the op-amp to drive the inputs of single-ended successive approximation register analog-to-digital converters (SAR ADCs). With an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, the amplifiers operate from 5V to 30V with specifications at +5V, ±5V, and ±15V. Available in 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP packages, the ADA4622-x precision op amps are ideal for high output impedance sensor interfaces, photodiode sensor interfaces, transimpedance amplifiers, ADC drivers, and precision filters, and signal conditioning.
