Analog Devices Inc. ADR45xx Voltage References

Analog Devices Inc. ADR45xx Voltage References are high precision, low power voltage references. The series offers a ±0.02% maximum initial error, excellent temperature stability, and low output noise. The ADR45xx Voltage References feature a core topology that delivers high accuracy as well as industry-leading noise performance and temperature stability. The voltage references improve system accuracy over time and temperature variations with its low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage. With a maximum operating current of 950μA, the ADR45xx series is well suited for use in portable equipment. Analog Devices Inc. ADR45xx Voltage References are available in a wide range of output voltages with an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
