Analog Devices EV1HMC292ALC3B Eval Board for HMC292 GaAs MMIC demonstrates the features of the HMC292A GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixers operating from 16GHz to 32GHz. Developed using RF circuit design techniques, the EV1HMC292ALC3B provides a sufficient number of via holes to connect the top and bottom ground planes.
The EV1HMC292ALC3B signal lines operate at 50Ω impedance with the package ground leads and exposed pad connected directly to the ground plane. The EV1HMC292ALC3B Evaluation Board includes the HMC292ALC3B HMC292A GaAs MMIC Double-Balanced Mixer, two SRI 2.92mm connectors, and one Johnson SMA connector.
