Analog Devices Inc. HMC8038 SPDT Non-reflective Switches

Analog Devices HMC8038 Non-reflective Switches are high isolation, low insertion loss, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) 0.1-6GHz switches with high power handling capabilities. The HMC8038 switches provide a maximum of 62dB of isolation and a typical 0.8dB insertion loss up to 4.0GHz. The HMC8038 family delivers excellent power handling up to 6GHz.

The switches also achieve high linearity with a 60dBm input third-order intercept (IP3) and 0.1dB compression point (P0.1dB) of 35dBm (VDD = 5V).

Designed using an advanced silicon process, the HMC8038 switches offer fast 150ns switching and 170ns settling times as well robust ESD protection. The HMC8038 switches feature ESD protection on all device pins, including the RF interface, and can withstand 4kV HMB and 1.25kV CDM. Available in a 4mmx4mm LFCSP package, the HMC8038 switches are ideally suited for cellular infrastructure applications.
