Carlo Gavazzi MC36C Safety Magnetic Sensors
Carlo Gavazzi MC36C Safety Magnetic Sensors are safety encoded to be used in monitoring position of hinged, sliding, or removable guards of industrial applications. These sensors stop/disconnect the dangerous motions when the mobile protections are opened/displaced and are highly customizable with left-/right-exit, integrated cable or M8 connection, and LED indicator. The MC36C sensors are suitable for safety gate applications up to safety category 4, PLe according to EN ISO 13849-1 with suitable logic safety module. These magnetic sensors come in compact dimensions together with all mechanical variant possibilities to allow very high flexibility in the installation.
The MC36C safety magnetic sensors provide actuation without mechanical contact for high durability in all environmental conditions. These sensors are completely sealed and insensitive to dirt and dust. The MC36C sensors exhibit a wide actuation range and are suitable for applications with large tolerances or where mechanical features may change over time. Other typical applications include conveyors, robotic arms, injection molding machines, mechanical links, machine tools, and secure areas.
