TE Connectivity / Kemtron Jam Nut Seals

TE Connectivity's (TE) Kemtron Jam Nut Seals are O-rings designed to shield against radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). These seals are compression molded as one solid piece, eliminating the process of joining the two ends together like vulcanized-joined O-rings. The jam nut seal material is available in four options: silicone nickel graphite, fluorosilicone nickel graphite, silicone silver aluminum, and fluorosilicone silver aluminum. TE Kemtron Jam Nut Seals are compliant with MIL-DTL-38999 and MIL-DTL-26482 and operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +160°C.
