Vishay / BC Components 220 EDLC ENYCAP™ Capacitors are electrical double-layer energy storage capacitors that are polarized with high capacity and energy density. The series features a rated voltage of 2.7V, rapid charge and discharge, 1000h useful life at 85°C, and AEC-Q200 qualifications. A through-hole (radial) version and an energy version with high stability are available. Vishay / BC Components 220 EDLC ENYCAP Capacitors are ideal for applications such as power backup, burst power support, storage devices for energy harvesting, micro UPS power source, and energy recovery.
