Vishay Semiconductors AEC-Q101 Qualified DFN-Packaged Rectifiers are available in a DFN3820A package with an 0.88mm typical height and low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers cover a 1A to 5A forward current range with 200V, 400, or 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage options. The DFN-packaged components are ideal for automatic placement in automotive, industrial, and commercial applications.
