The AS6496 standard was published in August and Mouser now has an Anti-Counterfeit Control Plan written specifically to that standard.
In addition to the clauses of AS6496, Mouser has incorporated additional requirements in the plan that address DFARS 252.246-7007.
AS6496 meets the intent and fulfills the requirements of the 9 of 12 points. The additional points are: 10 Process for keeping continually informed of current counterfeiting information and trends; 11 Process for screening GIDEP reports; and 12 Control of obsolete electronic parts. These additional requirements are covered by our Anti-Counterfeit Control Plan posted on our website. Visit https://www.mouser.com/pdfdocs/QS-PR-024.pdf
