Amphenol Industrial ePower Energy Storage Connectors

Amphenol Industrial ePower Energy Storage Connectors are now available with 200A to 300A per contact. These ePower connectors are designed for electrification programs in hybrid vehicles and drive systems that require compact connectors operating at high voltage and high amperage levels. The lightweight ePower Energy Storage Connectors feature Amphenol RADSOK® technology for higher amperage, reduced T-rise, lower contact resistance, and easier mating. The design allows one 400A ePower connector to replace three conventional connectors, eliminating the need to run wires through cable glands in traditional 3-phase motor assemblies and offering a 40% smaller footprint.

Available in two- and three-pin power configurations ranging from 100A through 500A per contact, the ePower Energy Storage Connectors can accommodate two small gauge signal contacts for HVIL (high voltage interlock loop). Operating at 800VDC to 1000VDC, the Amphenol Industrial ePower Energy Storage Connectors can be used in a variety of applications including power converters, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two-and three-phase motors, and starter generators.
