Aptiv HES Header System
Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Harsh Environment Series (HES) Header System virtually eliminates unseats with Delphi's two-stage terminal retainer design. This design passes 29Grms vibration specification and incorporates a special bolt that protects the header when too much torque is applied. Aptiv HES Header System offers tight true-pin positioning at 0.225mm, ensuring easy mounting to a circuit board. HES headers are an ideal choice for high-density device I/Os that are mounted directly to the engine.
