e-peas AEM30300 RF Energy Harvesting Battery Charger is a highly versatile buck-boost ambient energy manager battery charger for AC/DC sources. This charger extends battery lifetime and can even eliminate the primary energy storage element. The AEM30300 charger features a 100mV to 4.5V MPPT voltage operation range and cold start from 275mV input voltage and 3µW input power (typical). This battery charger consists of two capacitors (10µF and 22µF) and comes in a QFN 28-pin 4mm x 4mm package. Typical applications include asset tracking/monitoring, industrial, retail ESL/smart sensors, aftermarket automotive, and smart home/building.
