
Littelfuse SMF Ultra Low Voltage TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMF Ultra Low Voltage TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These surface-mount TVS diodes feature low dynamic resistance and operate at -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The SMF ultra-low voltage TVS diodes are recognized for meeting flammability rating UL 94V-0. These SMF diodes are available in SOD-123FL low profile package with a maximum height of 1.08mm. The SMF TVS diodes are ideal for the protection of portable components/hard drives, notebooks, VCC buses, POS terminals, SSDs, power supplies, monitors, and vulnerable circuits.

- VBR @ TJ = VBR @25°C x (1+αT x (TJ - 25))(αT: Temperature coefficient, typical value is 0.1%)
- Recognized compound meeting flammability rating UL 94V-0
- Halogen-free and RoHS-compliant
- Pb-free E3 means 2nd level interconnect is Pb-free and the terminal finish material is tin (Sn) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD609A.01)
- Recognized to UL 497B as an isolated loop circuit protector
