STMicroelectronics Stellar P3E Microcontrollers - Coming Soon
STMicroelectronics Stellar P3E Microcontrollers include the SR6P3EC4 and SR6P3EC6, a key addition to the Stellar P series. The Stellar P3E represents a unique category of MCU by bridging the gap between mission-critical safety and embedded AI. The device maintains seamless compatibility with the current Stellar portfolio while unlocking higher performance and smarter motor control.
The STMicroelectronics Stellar P3E Microcontrollers are designed to fulfill the requirements of domain controllers and ECUs with high integration, as needed in the architectures of connected, updatable, automated, and electrified cars. The MCUs deliver superior real-time and safe performance (with the highest ASIL-D capability).
The Stellar P3E Microcontrollers bring hardware-based virtualization technology and ease the development and integration of multiple-source software on the same hardware while maximizing the resulting software performance. The devices provide high-efficiency OTA reprogramming with fast new-image download and activation. Additionally, the MCUs provide high-speed cryptographic security services, for instance, for network authentication.
