NXP Semiconductors NCF3320 Automotive-Grade NFC Frontend ICs
NXP Semiconductors NCF3320 Automotive-Grade NFC Frontend ICs combine high RF output power with robust multiple protocol support. These ICs support P2P passive initiator mode in accordance with ISO/IEC 18092 and multiple protocols, including FeliCa, ISO/IEC 14443 A/MIFARE, ISO/IEC 14443 B, and ISO/IEC 15693. The NCF3320 frontend ICs include an IRQ pin for improved host communication/host task scheduling and allow antenna connection with a minimum number of external components. These ICs feature a 512-byte host interface buffer, up to 848kb high baud rates, 8KB EEPROM, and fast card detection capability with minimum power consumption. The NCx3320 frontend ICs feature excellent card detection distance, making the device ideal for door handle applications. These ICs are used in car sharing, fleet management, secure car access, and center stack readers for personalization.
